Why teams choose Web7

Complete solutions, not individual products.

Most problems do not stop at the application. They run through the data, the infrastructure it sits on and the security around it, so that is what we cover.

  • Everything under one roof

Software, AI, ERP, cloud, networking and security from one team, so nothing falls between suppliers and nobody can point at someone else.

  • Business first, technology second

We start with how you operate and what a problem costs you, then choose the technology. Sometimes the right answer is a smaller build than the one you asked for.

  • Secure and resilient by default

Least-privilege access, hardened infrastructure, tested backups and monitoring are part of every engagement, not an upsell after an audit.

  • Yours to keep

Your repositories, your accounts, documented and tested, with training for your team. No lock-in and nothing to buy back.

What we do

Seven ways we help businesses.

Most clients start with one of these and grow into the others as the systems connect.

AI & intelligent solutions

AI products, automation, LLM and RAG systems, and agentic workflows built on your own data.

ERP systems

Complete business management: accounting, HR, payroll, manufacturing, inventory, sales, CRM and POS.

Web & mobile applications

Scalable web platforms, customer portals and mobile apps built around how your business works.

Cloud solutions

Cloud architecture, migration, DevOps and deployment pipelines that make releases boring.

Networking & infrastructure

Network design, server and virtualisation infrastructure, deployment and ongoing management.

Cybersecurity

Security assessments, infrastructure and application security, hardening and monitoring.

Startup development

From idea to MVP to launch and growth, with a team that has shipped products before.

How we work

A process that removes surprises

The same four steps on every engagement, whether it is an AI system, an ERP rollout or a network build.

  1. Understand

We start with the business, not the technology: how you work today, what it costs you, and what success would actually look like.

    1 week

  2. Shape

Solution design, architecture and a delivery plan, reviewed with you. You get a fixed scope for the first phase and a realistic estimate.

    1-2 weeks

  3. Build

Delivery in short cycles with something working at the end of each one. Testing, security review and deployment are part of the work, not an extra.

    4-12 weeks

  4. Run & grow

We launch with monitoring, documentation and training in place, support your team, and keep improving the system as the business changes.

What to get right before an ERP go-live

ERP projects rarely fail because the software could not do the job. They fail at go-live. The checklist we insist on before switching a business over.

  • Security

A security baseline for growing businesses

Most breached businesses were not targeted by anyone sophisticated. The baseline that removes the majority of that risk, in the order we do it.

FAQ

Questions we are asked first

If your question is not here, ask us directly and you will get a straight answer.

Ask us directly
What kind of projects do you take on?

Anything from an AI assistant or a mobile app to a full ERP rollout, a cloud migration, a network build or a security programme. Most clients come to us with a business problem rather than a technology shopping list, and we scope the work from there.

Can you handle software and infrastructure together?

Yes, and that is the point of working with us. The same team covers the application, the cloud or on-premise infrastructure it runs on, the network around it and the security controls protecting it — so nothing falls between suppliers.

How does a project usually start?

With a 30-minute call. If it looks like a fit we run a short discovery: we map the process, agree the scope of a first phase and give you a fixed estimate. You keep everything discovery produces, whether or not you continue with us.

Who owns the code and the IP?

You do, all of it, from the first commit. Work happens in your repositories and your cloud or hosting accounts wherever possible, so there is nothing to hand over at the end because it was never ours to hold.

Do you work with startups at idea stage?

Yes. We work with founders from day one: validating the idea, shaping a scope that can actually be funded and built, delivering an MVP, and staying with you through launch and the growth that follows.

What happens after launch?

You get a system with monitoring, backups, documentation and training. From there you can run it in house, keep us on a support agreement, or bring us back for the next phase.
