How we work together

Engagement, pricing and the practical questions that come up before a project starts.

Do you work fixed-price or time and materials?

Both. First phases are usually fixed-scope and fixed-price so you can plan and get approval. Ongoing work runs as monthly cycles, which keeps priorities flexible without surprise invoices.

Can you take over an existing system?

Yes. We start with a short audit covering architecture, data, integrations, infrastructure and security. You get a written assessment with risks and a prioritised plan, which is useful even if we stop there.

Do you implement ERP from scratch or customise an existing platform?

Both, and the honest answer depends on your processes. Where a standard platform fits we implement and extend it; where your operation genuinely differs we build the modules you need and integrate them with what you already run.

Can you work with our on-premise servers rather than the cloud?

Yes. We design and run on-premise, cloud and hybrid setups, including the networking, virtualisation, backups and monitoring around them. Data residency and cost usually decide it, and we will tell you which way we would go and why.

Is security included, or is it a separate project?

Baseline security is part of every engagement: least-privilege access, encryption, patching, backups and monitoring. Deeper work — assessments, hardening, application security reviews, incident response planning — can run as its own engagement.

How quickly can you start, and do you sign NDAs?

Discovery can normally start within two weeks. We sign an NDA before the first detailed conversation whenever you would prefer it — just ask when you get in touch.
