Building a connected ride-hailing ecosystem that brings passengers, drivers and operations together through mobile apps and a centralized platform.

The challenge

MurnyApp needed a digital mobility platform that could connect passengers with drivers in real time while handling the complexity behind every ride.

The platform needed to support the complete journey—from requesting a ride and matching with a driver to navigation, trip completion and fare calculation—while providing the operational team with the tools to monitor and manage the service.

The challenge was building more than two mobile applications. MurnyApp needed a reliable backend capable of coordinating users, drivers, rides, locations and business rules across the entire platform.

What we built

We designed and developed MurnyApp as an end-to-end ride-hailing platform with dedicated experiences for passengers and drivers, backed by a centralized Django platform.

The mobile applications were built with Flutter, providing a consistent experience across iOS and Android while sharing a common application architecture.

The Django backend manages the core ride lifecycle and provides REST APIs connecting the mobile applications with the platform.

The system was designed around real-world transportation workflows, including driver availability, ride requests, matching, trip status, location tracking and fare management.

Passenger experience

Passengers can request rides, view available options, track their driver and manage their trips through a simple mobile experience.

Driver experience

Drivers have a dedicated application for managing availability, receiving ride requests, navigating to passengers and managing completed trips.

Operations platform

A centralized administration platform gives the MurnyApp team visibility across users, drivers and rides, providing the operational foundation needed to manage the service.

The result

MurnyApp now has a unified technology platform connecting passengers, drivers and operations through a single backend.

The shared architecture keeps the core business logic centralized while allowing the mobile applications to evolve independently.

By combining Flutter with Django and a scalable API architecture, we created a foundation that can support new mobility services, operational capabilities and integrations as MurnyApp grows.
